1. Keep the used botanicals in your jar.
2. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar — your everyday baking sugar works perfectly.
3. Top it up with your alcohol of choice, just like you did the first time.
4. Let it infuse again for the same amount of time as the first round.

You’ll get a slightly lighter, smoother version of your original infusion — still delicious, still worth sipping.
